Return AND REFUND POLICY

If the product does not match its advertised description, Refinished will provide a choice between a refund or returns credit to the value of the item purchased and cover return costs as necessary

For any other product return, please contact Refinished by phone or email to establish an initial contact and reasons for the return. Any cost incurred in returning items will be borne by the consumer.

Damages will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.  Should you receive a damaged item, please send us an email along with a photo to info@refinished.com.au Please note:  Dents to containers do not affect the quality of the product so are not considered damaged.

Refinished cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use, whether that has been identified by Refinished or the manufacturer. Please check instructions from the specific product packaging and relevant specific data sheets available online or from the manufacturer. 

Refinished’s liability shall be limited to the actual cost of the product, i.e. replacement or refund. In no event shall Refinished be liable for any further direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
